Local Interagency Coordinator Council
Local Interagency Coordinator Council (LICC) comprised of parents, educators, and community partners dedicated to ensuring the quality and delivery of Early Intervention (EI) and Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) services in each county. They offer direction to EI/ECSE programs, and its members are ready to listen to your comments, concerns, and suggestions. The LICC serves as a platform for collaboration and communication among public and private agencies serving children with special needs.
The LICC actively seeks new representatives who are committed to enhancing the special education system. Public meetings are open, and parents of children in EI/ECSE programs are especially encouraged to attend and actively participate in shaping the educational landscape for the better.
