Jackson County EI/ECSE

A woman holds an infant on her lap while the infant plays with a manipulative toy.

Jackson County Early Intervention/Early Childhood Special Education (EI/ECSE) services are family centered and are provided for children ages birth through five.

Parents are integral members of their child’s educational team, and we actively encourage involvement and participation. Together, we will collaboratively develop an individualized plan that is tailored to meet the specific needs of your child and family.

We provide services, information, and resources at no cost while supporting families in their roles as the primary decision makers regarding their child’s early intervention experience.

Douglas ESD administers the Jackson County EI/ECSE program. We serve children and families living in all of Jackson County school districts: Ashland, Butte Falls, Central Point, Eagle Point, Medford, Phoenix-Talent, Pinehurst, Prospect, and Rogue River school districts. Our program is funded through the Oregon Department of Education (ODE).
