Douglas ESD’s Electronic Information and Design (EID) Department specializes in database creation, management, and data tracking solutions for the agency’s programs, school districts and external organizations. EID’s mission is to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce burnout through innovative technology and customized online tools.
Our team offers expertise in data research, analysis, and reporting, along with support for grant tracking, budget management, Excel reporting, and Adobe PDF form development. Current contracted projects include managing student data for various services, supporting Preschool Promise programs, and building systems for inter-district transfers and referral platforms.
With capabilities like database creation, automated email notifications, data dashboards, and customized reporting, EID delivers solutions that empower organizations to focus on what matters most—serving their communities.
