Douglas ESD’s Business Services provides direct, indirect, and advisory support tailored to the unique needs of each school district. Serving six districts, we offer flexible contracts for services such as payroll, accounts payable/receivable, grant management, fiscal oversight, budget preparation, reporting, strategic planning and business manager staffing—available on a temporary or ongoing basis.

Our team collaborates closely with district fiscal staff to ensure schools, staff, and students receive optimal support. Additionally, Douglas ESD leads the Douglas County Business Officials Group, fostering collaboration among district business managers through training opportunities, statewide updates, and strategic planning around legislative and fiscal changes.
