Behavioral Health Coordination
Our program focuses on supporting students’ mental health and well-being by providing services that help them thrive in the school environment. Our goal is to empower students with the tools and skills they need to regulate emotions, improve functioning in the classroom, and develop positive relationships.
Key services include:
-
Social and Emotional Learning (SEL): Activities and lessons that teach students to manage emotions, set goals, and build empathy.
-
Adaptive Skills Training: Targeted support to help students build healthy relationships, navigate peer interactions, and express themselves effectively.
-
Emotional Regulation Support: Strategies to help students recognize and manage feelings such as anger, frustration, and sadness, fostering a sense of control and self-awareness.
-
Anxiety and Depression Management: Individual and group interventions to help students cope with challenges, build resilience, and access resources for additional support.
-
Behavioral Support Services: One-on-one or small group interventions with skilled staff such as Behavior Interventionists and Skills Trainers, designed to help students succeed academically and socially.
-
Crisis Support and Referrals: Immediate support to district teams during a crisis, along with connections to community partners for continued care.
Our team collaborates with educators, families, and administrators to ensure that services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each student. Whether through direct support or helping to build capacity within schools, our program is committed to fostering environments where students can succeed.
