Healthy and Safe Schools Requirements

OAR 581-022-2223 requires that all school districts, education service districts and public charter schools develop a Healthy and Safe Schools for all buildings owned or leased by the agency. ln compliance with this Oregon Administrative Regulation, the following plan has been submitted to the Oregon Department of Education by the Douglas ESD.
