Formerly known as Camp Shriver, PartnerSports Camp is a cooperative effort of Douglas ESD and the YMCA of Douglas County. Most activities take place at or are launched from the YMCA, 1151 N.W. Stewart Parkway, Roseburg. This is the camp’s 12th year. It’s open to students across Douglas County.

The 2017 PartnerSports Camp is July 10-20.

The annual summer gathering pairs 50 campers with disabilities and 50 partners without disabilities. PartnerSports Camp’s two-week schedule focuses mostly on sports, but also features traditional camp activities such as hiking, fishing, crafts and campfire cooking. Every partner has an opportunity to gain experience working with a camper and understand the daily challenges each faces.
