AT Teams Project

In Oregon, as more and more districts have begun to develop their own assistive technology programs, OTAP has had many requests to help those teams create services and systems that make sense for the district’s local needs, demographics and resources. To help address this need, we offer the AT Teams Project, an intensive team training (two, 2-day sessions, plus mentoring and support) for 5 to 7 teams each year.

Though there is no cost charged to districts for participation in  the OTAP AT Teams Project, districts do need to cover team members’ travel expenses, associated substitute coverage costs and any other costs to the district to allow team participation.

If your agency is interested in participating in this project to develop high quality, legal and cost efficient AT services, please review the documents below.  Completed applications are due in our office by September 7, 2016.
