Policies The Douglas ESD board policies are now online in a searchable manual hosted by the Oregon School Boards Association. The public is welcome and invited to view district policies in the online manual as a whole.

DESDA Agreement is the agreement between the Douglas ESD and its employee barganing unit.

Integrated Pest Management was adopted by the Douglas ESD Board of Directors on April 20, 2017.

Annual reporting documents

Local Service Plan The Local Service Plan is how we communicate our full range of services to school districts, allowing them an opportunity to review and give the ESD feedback on how we can better serve the districts. Click on the LSP link to get access to final LSP documents dating back to 2011-12.

Budget is adopted each year for the following school year and accounts for general fund and special fund programs administered by Douglas ESD. Click on the Budget link to get access to adopted budget documents back to 2009-10.

Annual Report as per Oregon law, no later than October 1, of each year, the ESD board of directors produce an annual report related to the performance and the finances of the education service district for the previous school year. Click on the Annual Report Link to view these documents dating back to 2010-11.

Audit reports are conducted each for public entities at the end of each fiscal year by indepedent auditors. Annual audits dating to the 2009-10 year can be found by clicking on the above link.
